1. This is a private project under development by Ricky C Overton trading as Overcorp for the purpose of conducting an ongoing feasibility study of Event bookings/camping/outdoor activities.
2. Overcorp is not and has not at any time operated this project as a business and collects no monies from any individuals who volunteer to attend private functions and provide feedback.
3. All guest are able to attend by invitation only from existing invitees within the group.

5. Any persons driving on public roads to the property must be able to present a current drivers licence when requested prior to entry to the private property.
